1. SEASON PASS USAGE: Your Season Pass is for the ski area (skiing and snowboarding only), it does not include the TubaSlide. Family passes are for immediate family members only. Any misrepresentation will result in a revocation of the pass without compensation. Passes may not be used by or transferred to anyone but the passholder. Any attempt to transfer will result in revocation of the pass without refund and is punishable under MA THEFT OF SERVICES LAW. If in the event a transfer, use
by another or any other misconduct or misuse of the facilities, unsafe actions or failure to follow safety guidelines set forth in the Skier’s Responsibility Code, management may revoke your season pass without refund. Upon request your Season Pass must be
presented to any authorized Ski Ward representative.
2. LOST: Any loss should be reported to Ski Ward management immediately to prevent misuse. Your first replacement pass will be free of charge. Any subsequent loss will incur a $10.00 fee for your replacement pass. Replacement passes will only be processed during weekday operating hours.
3. FORGOTTEN: If you forget your Season Pass a full price ticket must be purchased. Each pass holder may receive a complimentary lift pass when their Season Pass is forgotten. This will be noted on pass application. After that a ticket MUST be purchased. NO exceptions.
4. REFUNDS: No refunds will be issued on Season Pass purchases.
5. PASS VISIBILTY: Passes must be displayed on your outer garment at all times when you are in the lift lines for quick, easy access to ticket checkers. Ski Ward is not responsible for a device to attach pass.
† TubaSlide tickets are valid for 2 hours from the time of purchase. TubaSliders MUST be 6 years of age or older AND at least 42" tall. There are NO exceptions.
